We never tell you to delete the listing and start again. A new profile is not a shortcut around a suspension.
Official Google Help:
- Do not create a new Business Profile for the same business while your appeal is under review.
- Some statuses read “Can’t be appealed.” That status is Google’s (Official 4569145). Owners report deleting the listing does not reset it — that part is community experience, not Google Help.
- Official 13762416: content and appeals may be rejected when the profile is deleted by any user with access before Google reviews it. That is the Help line for why deleting hurts.
If a vendor asks for manager access, then tells you to wipe the profile and rebuild it at the house address, stop. You keep the Google account. We never take manager. Done-for-you is a live call while you submit.
