What we collect

If you send a diagnosis request, we receive the name, business name, email, phone, province or territory, category, listing type, whether an address is showing, how many appeals you have filed, and the short account you write. If you pay, Stripe also processes your payment details. We never see your full card number.

Why we collect it

We use that information to decide whether we will take the file, to email you, to send a payment link if it is a fit, and to do the work you buy. We do not sell your file or your contact details.

Who else sees it

• Cloudflare hosts the site.
• FormSubmit delivers the diagnosis form to our inbox.
• Stripe processes payment if you buy the Packet or Done-for-you.
• Google only sees what you (or we, on a Done-for-you job) submit in Google’s own reinstatement form.

How long we keep it

We keep a job file while it is open and for a reasonable period after for records and tax. Email [email protected] to ask for access, a correction, or deletion. We will say if we have to keep something for the law.
