What we collect

If you send a diagnosis request, we receive the name, business name, email, phone, province or territory, category, listing type, whether an address is showing, how many appeals you have filed, and the short account you write. If you pay, Stripe also processes your payment details. We never see your full card number.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and referrers. It does not set cookies, it does not serve ads, and that data is not sold.

If you land from a campaign link, we store the first-touch campaign parameters from the URL in your browser so a diagnosis email can include which post sent you. That stays on your device for 60 days. It is not a cookie.

Why we collect it

We use that information to decide whether we will take the file, to email you, to send a payment link if it is a fit, and to do the work you buy. We do not sell your file or your contact details.

Who else sees it

• Cloudflare hosts the site and provides Web Analytics (page views and referrers; no cookies).
• FormSubmit delivers diagnosis mail to [email protected].
• Stripe processes payment if you buy the Packet or Done-for-you.
• Google only sees what you submit in Google’s own reinstatement form. On Done-for-you we stay on the call; we do not log into your Google account and we do not file in your name.

How long we keep it

We keep a job file while it is open and for a reasonable period after for records and tax. Email [email protected] to ask for access, a correction, or deletion. We will say if we have to keep something for the law.
