What Canada-trained reviewers already know

Named extracts and licences by province — not a US storefront photo and a utility bill in a residential name. The checklist is still the short pre-appeal list. This page is the paper trail.

We package the documents reviewers who work Canadian files already recognise. You file. Google decides. We do not lead with a US-style shopfront photo.

Hide the house on a service-area profile

SAB hide-address is core. If you have no shop counter and you go to the customer, the street address should not show on the listing.

Community (BBB) A vendor who takes the login, pins the Maps marker on the house against the owner’s “do not use the residential address” instruction, then bills as “your Google account rep,” can get the listing suspended. Google then asks for a licence at that house. A PO Box licence does not match. That is a public complaint pattern, not a Back on Maps customer story, and not a Google Help page.

What we do not lead with

A US storefront photo and a generic utility bill in a residential name. Those are the first files most imported kits ask for. They are a weak start for a Canadian home-based trade.

Google Partner is an Ads program, not a GBP reinstatement queue. Partner is not a reinstatement back door. We do not have one. We are not a Google Partner and we do not sell Partner-channel escalation.

Not affiliated with Google. No reinstatement guarantee. Reinstatement is not a return to previous map rank. Google does not charge to appeal; you pay us for the packet.

Short pre-appeal list: If your Canadian trade listing just died.
