Community (BBB) Why there is no card on this form, and why you keep the login: home-based owners get burned by vendors who take the login, move the Maps pin onto the house, then bill as “your Google account rep.” That is a public complaint pattern, not a Google Help page, and not a Back on Maps customer story.

Are you affiliated with Google?
No. Back on Maps is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of Google. We prepare packets. You file them in Google’s form.
Do you guarantee reinstatement?
No. Google decides. We will not take a file we think is hopeless, and we will not promise a yes.
If the listing comes back, do I get my old map rank?
No. Reinstatement is not a return to previous rank, reviews visibility, or pack position. Those are separate.
Why Canadian documents?
Reviewers who see Canadian files already know Ontario Business Registry, WSIB, and Skilled Trades Ontario; Quebec REQ, CNESST, and RBQ/CCQ; BC registry, WorkSafeBC, and Technical Safety BC; plus municipal licences, CRA BN, and Hydro. We build around those instead of a generic U.S. utility-bill kit.
How do I pay?
You do not, on this page. Submit the diagnosis form. If we take the file, you get a payment link for CA$129 or CA$497 plus GST.
How fast is the review?
We aim to reply within 24 hours on business days, Mountain Time. A reply is a fit / not-a-fit note — not a Google decision.
What if I already appealed?
Say how many times. One prior appeal is common. Two or more means we read the file more carefully before we offer a link. We do not raise the price as a penalty for a prior appeal.
Do you take Quebec?
Yes, any province or territory. The Packet is in English. A French paste for the Google form is included in the Packet. The Quebec checklist uses REQ, CNESST, RBQ/CCQ, Hydro-Québec, municipal permit, and CRA BN.
How long do I have to upload evidence?
COMMUNITY (Sterling Sky process writeup): after you open the evidence form, attach files within about 60 minutes or they may not stick. We have not confirmed that timing on support.google.com, so we do not call it Google’s rule. We name and order Packet files so you can use a short window. Official Google Help covers do not submit multiple appeals for the same issue before a decision. Some statuses read Can’t be appealed.

If the listing comes back, do the reviews come back too?
Not always. Google’s own help says reviews can be removed after a Business Profile is reinstated. Screenshot the star count and the review count the hour it returns. Wait 48–72 hours. If they are still missing, file Google’s missing-reviews path on the original case. Do not open a second appeal. Rank is still not the listing. Official: About missing or delayed reviews.
