We do not connect, sync, or overwrite
We do not connect to your Google Business Profile. We do not sync directories. We do not overwrite your hours or pin from a dashboard. When this job is done you still own the login, the listing, and every file we named for you.
Community (BBB) Why there is no card on this form, and why you keep the login: home-based owners get burned by vendors who take the login, move the Maps pin onto the house, then bill as “your Google account rep.” That is a public complaint pattern, not a Google Help page, and not a Back on Maps customer story.
The problem
The listing vanished. The next appeal is the one that matters.
U.S. templates ask for a utility bill and a storefront photo. Canadian home-based operators have a different paper trail — and a sloppy second appeal can close the door.
Wrong evidence
Generic kits skip the Canadian paper we map onto Google’s list: Ontario Business Registry, WSIB, Skilled Trades Ontario; BC registry, WorkSafeBC, Technical Safety BC; Quebec REQ, CNESST, RBQ; plus municipal licence and CRA BN. That mapping is ours, not Google’s Canada list.

Are you affiliated with Google?
No. Back on Maps is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of Google. We prepare packets. You file them in Google’s form.
Do you guarantee reinstatement?
No. Google decides. We will not take a file we think is hopeless, and we will not promise a yes.
If the listing comes back, do I get my old map rank?

Why Canadian documents?
Google lists registration, licence, tax certificates, and utility bills. Name and address must match. We map those onto Ontario Business Registry, WSIB, and Skilled Trades Ontario; Quebec REQ, CNESST, and RBQ/CCQ; BC registry, WorkSafeBC, and Technical Safety BC; plus municipal licences, CRA BN, and Hydro. That mapping is ours, not Google’s Canada list.
Does Google name, address, and phone have to match Hydro and my licence?
Official: Google says name and address on registration, licence, tax, and utility bills must match the profile. Phone is part of the NAP cleanup we check. Hydro-by-name is our Canada mapping, not Google’s word. Fix suspended or disabled profiles.
How do I pay?
You do not, on this page. Submit the diagnosis form. If we take the file, you get a payment link for CA$129 or CA$497 plus GST. One payment. Not a subscription. How fast is the review?
We aim to reply within 24 hours on business days, Mountain Time. A reply is a fit / not-a-fit note — not a Google decision.
What if I already appealed?
Say how many times. One prior appeal is common. Two or more means we read the file more carefully before we offer a link. We do not raise the price as a penalty for a prior appeal. After a deny, read the appeal path before you file again.
Do you take Quebec?
Yes, any province or territory. The Packet is in English. A French paste for the Google form is included in the Packet. The Quebec checklist uses REQ, CNESST, RBQ/CCQ, Hydro-Québec, municipal permit, and CRA BN.
How long do I have to upload evidence?
Google Help: once you open the evidence form, you must submit it within 60 minutes or it won’t be attached to your appeal. We name and order Packet files so you can use that window. Official: Fix suspended or disabled profiles. Do not submit multiple appeals for the same issue before a decision (Appeal restrictions). Some statuses read Can’t be appealed.
Are prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes. Packet is CA$129. Done-for-you is CA$497. GST extra. Priced in Canadian dollars. Some .ca shops still quote USD.
Do you need manager access to my Google account?
No. You keep the Google account. We refuse manager as a shop rule. Google documents manager-invite for third parties; we still will not take it. Done-for-you means you submit on a live call. Do not share your Google password with anyone, including us.
If the listing comes back, do the reviews come back too?
Not always. Google’s own help says reviews can be removed after a Business Profile is reinstated. Screenshot the star count and the review count the hour it returns. Community tip: give Google a little time, then use the missing-reviews path on the original case. Do not open a second appeal. Rank is still not the listing. Which offer should I buy?
Packet is the default (CA$129 + GST). Done-for-you is CA$497 + GST, capped at one file a week. Priced in Canadian dollars.
What if Google says no?
Google decides. A no is not a refund. The Packet is the named files and the draft; Done-for-you is that plus the call. You keep those. We will not take a file we think is hopeless at diagnosis, and if we take payment then cannot take the file we refund. Process after a deny: appeal path.
Is an account restriction the same as a profile suspend?
No. An account restriction can suspend every profile that account manages. Check My accounts first, then appeal the profile. Official: 4569145. Flowchart: appeal path.
What if the first appeal is Not Approved?
Google may allow an additional review only after a denied reinstatement, with evidence that was not in the first appeal. Form: Request additional review. You will not receive an email confirmation. There is no published SLA. Details: appeal path.
What does Can’t be appealed mean?
That is Google’s status language in the appeals tool. Owners report deleting the listing does not reset it — that is community experience, not Google Help. Official Help says appeals may be rejected if the profile is deleted before review (13762416). We may refuse the file. See the appeal path.
Is video verification the appeal?
No. Video recording verification is a verify method, not the reinstatement form. Official: 14271705. Appeal path: here.
How do rejected edits work in Canada?
Canada is rest of world. Profile suspend uses the appeals tool. Rejected edits (name, category, address, phone, website) and media restrictions go to Contact us, not the UK/EEA in-tool path. Official: 13597551. See the appeal path.
What do I actually hold after I pay?
A zip of files named and ordered for Google’s attach window, a ~200-word draft (English + French paste), and the province checklist. Not a Google Partner queue. Not manager access. Not a returned map rank.
