Six matches before Google’s button

Name, address or hidden SAB, phone, website, category, service-area vs storefront. Filing too early is the #1 deny.

Do not press Google’s appeal button until these six match the listing and the documents. Filing too early is the #1 deny.

  1. 1. Name

Operating name on the listing, the website, the registry extract, and the licences is the same string — not a nickname, not a parent company you do not trade as.

  2. 2. Address, or hidden SAB

Storefront: the public address matches the licence and the utility. Service-area: the street address is hidden on the profile. Do not pin the house if the owner said hide it.

  3. 3. Phone

The number on the listing is the number on the site and on the paperwork you will attach.

  4. 4. Website

The URL on the listing is live, points at this business, and states the province and the postal codes you serve.

  5. 5. Category

Primary category is what you are — plumber, electrician, HVAC, clinic — not a side credential.

  6. 6. Service-area vs storefront

The profile type matches how you actually work. A hidden-address SAB is not a shopfront. A shopfront is not a PO Box.

If any of the six is still wrong, stop. Fix the public facts first. Then file one appeal.

The short public list is on the checklist. Provincial document names are on /evidence.
