Google Business Profile suspended Canada

U.S. templates ask for a utility bill and a shop photo. A Canadian trade or clinic has a different trail. Name and address on those files should match the listing under appeal.

What Google lists as evidence

Official Help 4569145: official business registration, a business licence, tax certificates, and utility bills (electricity, phone, water/cable, internet). Name and address on the documents must match the profile.

Account restriction is not a profile suspend. If My accounts shows a restriction, lift that first, then appeal the profile. Official 4569145, 13762416.

Google’s 60-minute evidence window

Official Google’s rule, Help 4569145 / 13597551: once you open the evidence form, you must submit it within 60 minutes or it will not be attached to your appeal. Have the files named and ordered before you start. File one appeal. Do not stack filings for the same issue before a decision. Do not create a second profile while under review.

Official Appeal reviews can take up to 5 business days. That window is on Help 13597551. It is Google’s stated window, not a Back on Maps promise. Additional review has no published SLA.
