Clearance letter or account statement in that same name.

Contractor licence, Field Safety Representative certificate, or gas/electrical contractor licence; Red Seal / trade qualification where the trade needs it.

4. Municipal licence, CRA BN, Hydro
City or regional district licence (Vancouver, Surrey, Maple Ridge, and so on), CRA business number, and BC Hydro or FortisBC in the operating name.
