Back on Maps is a product of JAX & NOAH STUDIOS INC. in British Columbia, Canada. We take Canadian trades and clinics — especially home-based service-area businesses: plumbers, electricians, HVAC, mobile mechanics, physio and dental clinics with a real licence trail. We refuse vape and tobacco, online-only e-commerce, lead generation, vacation rentals, virtual offices or PO Boxes as the listed address, and account bans covering 10 or more listings. If any of those apply, do not send the form. You keep the Google account. We never take manager. Done-for-you is a live call while you submit. Do not share your Google password with anyone, including us. We never tell you to delete and rebuild. Product Expert is a volunteer community badge; we do not sell that badge. Google Partner is an Ads program, not a GBP reinstatement queue. It is not a back door. We do not have one. We are not a Google Partner and we do not sell Partner-channel escalation. Google does not charge to appeal; you pay us for the packet. Packet is the default offer. Priced in Canadian dollars, GST extra. Some .ca shops still quote USD. Diagnose-then-pay: no card on the form; diagnosis mail goes through FormSubmit to support@backonmaps.ca; after a fit review you get a Stripe payment link. Packet is CA$129 (Canada-wide evidence map — BC Registry extract, WorkSafeBC, Technical Safety BC / trade ticket; Ontario Business Registry (ServiceOntario), WSIB, Skilled Trades Ontario / C of Q where needed; Quebec REQ, CNESST, RBQ/CCQ where needed; plus municipal licence, CRA BN, Hydro in the operating name — files named and ordered for a short attach window, do-not-submit gate, already-appealed addendum, never-rebuild, reviews-after-yes, and a ~200-word appeal draft including a French paste; you file). Done-for-you (DFY) is CA$497 (diagnosis, NAP cleanup list, full packet, live session while you file) and is capped at one file per week; Packet is the default until five paid Packets. Process: tell us what happened → we review within 24 hours on business days, Mountain Time → fit gets a payment link, not-a-fit owes nothing → we build the packet, you submit Google’s form. COMMUNITY (Sterling Sky process writeup): after you open the evidence form, attach files within about 60 minutes or they may not stick. We have not confirmed that timing on support.google.com, so we do not call it Google’s rule.
